We wanted to provide further clarification to the Addendum to Contractors Form, as we have received some questions regarding the required training for contractors. The preferred method for the required training is to utilize the DHRM resources. If you would like to determine if the vendor you are using in your procurement needs to take the training or if your vendor asks you, use the DHRM checklist to determine requirements. If required, vendors/contractors should complete the Preventing Sexual Harassment Training that focuses on understanding and preventing sexual harassment in the workplace.

We are pleased to release this new Addendum to Contractors form revision. This revision incorporates the new civility policy requirements for our vendors. Since this is an important update, this revision is effective immediately for all new signature start requests, where all documents that are currently in the flow with the previous revision will be processed as-is. This form is published on the SSC Website on the forms page for ease of use. Please share this communication with others on your campus as necessary.
