Re: Avature Onboarding/Offboarding System

The Shared Services Center is excited to share that the Avature onboarding and offboarding system Implementation will begin soon. Over the next few weeks, the Project Team will prepare to work with the onboarding vendor, Avature, to define standardized workflows, VCCS onboarding/offboarding documents, PeopleAdmin system integration, Single Sign-on capabilities and more. The new onboarding system will be piloted in September 2020 with a complete implementation across VCCS by January 2021.

To accomplish this goal, we need your participation! Due to this trying time, we are unable to gather for full-day working sessions so we are asking for volunteers from each institution to participate in one of two workgroups via 2-hour Zoom sessions, three times a week, over the next three weeks.

We understand this is a large commitment. The information we will gather during these sessions will be imperative to building your new onboarding/offboarding system. Please provide the name/s and email/s of participants to Rfriesen by Monday, April 20, 2020.
