Reason: Follow up: Delay in Processing Orders

As a follow up to the below message sent Friday, January 17, 2020, the eVA server is still inaccessible. The VCCS is continuing to work with DPS on resolution. Please continue to refrain from approving or submitting orders as they will not pass through integration. We will provide additional updates as soon as they become available.
Due to an eVA server upgrade, many requisitions approved after 12PM yesterday, January 16th, have not integrated with AIS. VCCS is working with DPS to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your eVA requisition was approved yesterday, it may remain in “Ordering” status while we complete the system changes. You will not be able to receive against those orders, and they will not be sent to the vendor until the status is changed to “Ordered.”
Please refrain from approving and entering new orders until we send notice that the issues are resolved.
