ENHANCEMENTS Chrome River system-wide enhancements were released on Friday, 3/1/19. These enhancements include the following: · Expire Pre-approval Report Feature: This feature allows users to expire pre-approval reports with a “Partially Applied” or “Approved” status for travel that has been canceled or when pre-approval reports are no longer needed. Note: expired pre-approval reports cannot be used to create an expense report, nor can expired pre-approval reports be applied to expense reports. Self-help user instructions specific to the enhancement feature are available at Chrome River help.

TIP OF THE MONTH Take caution when editing and deleting expense line items and reports. · New expense line items can only be added to reports in Draft status. · Deleted reports cannot be restored. To edit an expense line item, simply select the applicable line item within the report, then click the “Edit” button. Visit Chrome River help for instructions. If a report needs to be reset to Draft status for editing, contact the SSC Help Center and provide the following: · Report ID · Reason for Reset Request
