Re: Procurement Inquiries
All VCCS institutions should contact the SSC Help Center with Procurement related inquiries. Help Center Agents will assist with questions and, if necessary, forward the inquiry to the appropriate department for handling or escalation. · Procurement related inquiries include, but are not limited to:
- eVA set-up issues or eVA errors
- Process improvement suggestion
- Procurement policy and/or process
- Procurement reporting inquiry
- Status of an order
- Training requests
- Vendor non-compliance issues ·
If the inquiry is related to a technical issue that requires eVA Customer Care (eVACC), the Help Center Agent will contact eVACC for assistance. Please contact the SSC Help Center with any questions regarding this process 877-340-5577 or Help.
