Reason: Upcoming Procurement Training Sessions

Do you purchase for your department? The Shared Services Center has added three web-based training sessions through December for eVA users. Visit the SSC Training calendar to pre-register for one of the following types of training:

Basic eVA Training: This training is intended for new eVA users and for infrequent users in need of a refresher. These two hour sessions will introduce some important eVA resources, show users how to submit a requisition to the Shared Services Center, and walk through the process of finding Micro vendors.

Basic Procurement Training: This newly designed training session will cover basic statewide procurement policy, including Mandatory Sources, Contracts, Micro Vendors, Quotes and Documentation. The training is designed with the college requester in mind and will empower the end-user to start procurements off on the right foot.

As always, relevant questions are welcome during the training, and open dialogue encouraged.
