Re: UPDATE –Important information regarding ImageNow feature
Some colleges were reporting that the new feature in ImageNow related to Error Type 1 and Error Type 2 columns appearing in the exception queue was not visible. An IT ticket was placed, the issue was corrected, and we have spot checked this fix with several colleges, i.e. these columns should now be visible to you. If you are still experiencing problems related to this enhancement, please let us know immediately.
