Due to some recent confusion related to Business Meal Approval submissions, we wanted to provide some additional clarity and direction. The Business Meal Approval Request Form is located in the forms section of the SSC website. Please reference the online version of the form routinely rather than saving it locally to ensure the most current version is being utilized. The form was recently updated to note that the list of attendees should be retained at the college level only, not attached to the order in eVA. Due to PII guidelines, the attendees list must not be attached to the order or the order will be denied back to the requester to be removed.
