Re: E-Verify MOU Review for Avature Onboarding System
As you know, E-Verify is the service currently used to verify the eligibility of employees to work in the United States. The new Avature Onboarding System will integrate directly with E-Verify for a more efficient process. The use of E-verify also comes with employer responsibilities. The attached E-Verify Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) outlines those responsibilities that each college must agree to. The MOU is a required part of the Statement of Work (SOW) between the VCCS and Avature and is being provided to you for your acknowledgment of the following required E-Verify processes prior to signing the SOW.
Please review the following sections of the MOU and respond to SSC Human Resources Operation Manger, Adina Slyter at aslyter.

Your response is required by Monday, 4/27/2020. No response will be interpreted as acknowledgment to the MOU. It is, however, highly preferred to get a response from each institution.
