We recently reached out to your college’s eVA security Point-of-Contact to discuss a cleanup effort related to eVA setup. You have probably heard that the Department of General Services has resolicited for the Commonwealth’s eProcurement platform; in the next year, we will likely see some major changes to eVA. It has been requested that we clean up our eVA data as much as possible before the migration to any potential new system. This will be an ongoing effort in which the System Office and SSC will be working with DGS to ensure that there are no artifacts from pre‐Shared Services college setup.
All changes will be communicated to your eVA security POC prior to taking action. This will not affect current workflow or approvals.
