Subject: Re: OEM Ink & Toner

Good day all,

Reference is made to the message shared from my office 26 June 2019. Since that time, I had the opportunity to discuss the options that agencies are allowed to exercise with the Department of General Services (DGS). Even though VCE has like items with an overall performance rate that is the same or better than OEM, and without regard to potential cost savings, agencies may indeed pursue their desired option between VCE’s product or the OEM.

Best wishes,
