Reason: Holiday Processing Notice

We are rapidly approaching the holiday season and as such, need to adjust deadlines and processes to ensure everything is completed timely.
Semi-Monthly Processing: Submission of payroll documents to SSC Payroll is 5:00 pm on December 16, 2020.
The final semi-monthly payroll for 2020 (pay date December 31, 2020) has a certification deadline of Wednesday, December 23, 2020. The SSC office will be closed on December 23, 2020, so SSC Payroll will do their best to provide your full-time certification packages no later than Tuesday, December 22ndpending clean edit reports. Please ensure that you have sufficient staff authorized to certify payrolls during the holiday season.
Bi-Weekly Processing: Submission of payroll documents to SSC Payroll is 5:00 pm on December 16, 2020.
The last bi-weekly payroll for 2020 has a period ending date of December 17, 2020.
Please ensure to communicate with your wage employees and the approving managers and supervisors of the following:
- All wage employees will need to complete timesheet entries in HRMS for the pay period ending 12/17/2020 no later than 10:00 am on December 17, 2020.
- Supervisors and managers will need to approve all hours in HRMS by 12 noon on December 17, 2020. Any time entries not completed and approved by the deadline will process the next payroll period after they are entered and approved. There can be no exceptions.
*Please note the payroll deadlines are different than those issued by the TLAM group for their processes and will take priority to ensure your staff is paid timely.*
In order to provide the bi-weekly certification packets as soon as possible, the Shared Services will start processing HRMS interfaces on the afternoon of December 17, 2020. Our goal is to send the certification packages for your review by Monday, December 21st.
Please ensure that you have sufficient staff authorized to certify payrolls during the holiday season.
