The SSC TLAM Team has been informed there is an issue with the database where our scheduled emails are processed. We became aware of this issue yesterday afternoon when we received several reports of managers receiving a message for unapproved time when they had approved the hours earlier on Monday. We apologize for the confusion this may have caused. We are working with IT to determine resolution.
In response, the TLAM Team will be manually sending emails to notify managers and HR offices of outstanding items until the issue is resolved. Please let us know if you have any questions.
