Re: Implementation of Consistent Work Weeks
To standardize workweeks and drive payroll processing efficiencies, the VCCS Colleges, System Office, and the Shared Services Center will be standardizing the workweek for Salaried, Non-Exempt employees to Sunday – Saturday. This standardization will affect the following 15 colleges:
Over the next few months, the Project Team, along with a few of the affected colleges will test the change. If your college would like to participate in the testing, please contact Project Manager, Rainy Webb at rwebb by March 23, 2020.
Once testing is complete, a wave schedule will be implemented to transition colleges in groups to the new schedule. More information will be shared as the project undergoes the planning stages.
