Metrics for the month of May have been updated. The AP, PR, and TE SLA Metrics Scorecards have been posted at the following Buzz2 link: AP Scorecard, PR Scorecard, and TE Scorecard. You can also navigate to the scorecards via the BTO section of the SSC website.
NOTE: The T&E Scorecard metric TE03 which measures the cumulative time an expense report is open in business unit queues has been updated. The goal is now 5 business days to better coincide with the CAPP manual and the SLA. It was previously set to 10 business days.
