As we all continue to look for ways to reduce our collective burdens, the Purchasing Process Council, has approved as did the Management Council, to sunset the Procurement Requisition Slim Line Form on July 1, 2020. Migrating to the use of full Purchase Requisitions will yield a faster processing speed through the Procurement Team for folks that were using Slim Line Forms.
Some users have not had the ability to create a full requisition in the past, however, we recently identified those users and granted the necessary eVA system permissions. All eVA users who submitted Slim Line Forms in the past should now have the ability to submit a PR. We have training scheduled for submitting an eVA Purchase Requisition each month, with the next session on April 20th. Please bring your questions and concerns.
We will be reaching out to colleges which have relied heavily on the Slim Line requisitions for individualized training sessions in the coming weeks.
