Just a friendly reminder, the SSC TLAM Team has published standardized Employee and Manager Self-Services guides for PeopleSoft HRMS. Those guides can be accessed on the SSC Website here: http://www.ssc.vccs.edu/hrmsguides/
In addition, the SSC Help Center has added TLAM inquiries to their offered services. As a member of Wave 3, you can begin utilizing this service on August 14, 2018. If an inquiry cannot be resolved by the Help Center, it will be escalated for resolution.
