Re: Reminder: Excess Leave Calendars

The TLAM activities calendar has been updated and posted to the SSC Website and to the SSC Documents folder, located in Human Resource Services > Shared Services Information > SSC Documents. For your convenience, a copy of the calendar has been attached for quick access.

We would like bring to your attention a few changes to the regular TLAM processes due to upcoming holidays.

Memorial Day, Monday, May 25:

Part-time, Wage Time Administration Processes

· Day 1: Notifications for Wage Exceptions and Unapproved Time will occur as scheduled on Friday, May 22.

· Day 2: Notifications will be eliminated from this period.

· Day 3: Escalations for Wage Exceptions and Unapproved Time will occur as scheduled on Tuesday, May 26.

Full-time, Salaried, Non-Exempt Time Administration Processes

· Day 1: Notifications will be eliminated from this period.

· Day 2: Notifications for Salary Non-Exempt Exceptions and Unapproved Time will occur as scheduled on Tuesday, May 26.

· Day 3: Escalations for Salary Non-Exempt Exceptions and Unapproved Time will occur as scheduled on Wednesday, May 27.

Calendar Processes – 12 month

· Day 1: Missing Critical AM/TL Data notifications will be combined with Day 2 Activities on Tuesday, May 26.

· Day 3-4: Unpaid Hours Resolution, and Finalizing of Calendars will not be affected.

Independence Day (Observed), Friday, July 3:

Part-time, Wage Time Administration Processes

· Day 1: Notifications will be eliminated from this period.

· Day 2: Notifications for Wage Exceptions and Unapproved Time will occur as scheduled on Monday, July 6.

· Day 3: Escalations for Wage Exceptions and Unapproved Time will occur as scheduled on Tuesday, July 7.

No other processes will be affected.
