Re: Early Annual Leave Accrual

In December of 2018, Shared Services Center alerted the VCCS to an issue where classified employees would receive an annual leave accrual before working a full pay period. We are happy to report that a permanent solution has been developed and will be applied in HRMS with an effective date of Tuesday, September 10. Once implemented, there will no longer be need for a manual adjustment or a stop accrual for new hires that are hired after the first day of the pay period.
