UPS eVA Exclusion

Reason: UPS eVA Exclusion

As we collectively continue to diligently seek opportunities to reduce burdens on the colleges, the Purchasing Process Council has approved as has the Management Council to eliminate the requirement to create requisitions in eVA for United Parcel Service (UPS) procurements. A purchase order will no longer be necessary to use UPS delivery services. Payments can be made by the college held p-card and reconciled as an exclusion. This change will be made to the business rules.
