Re: URGENT – SALNON workweek Rule Program ID change
It has come to the attention of both System Office and Shared Services Center that an update was made in Production instead of Development during the testing of the Consistent Workweek Project. The change was made to all agencies with a SALNON workweek that was different from the Sunday-Saturday workweek. Please reference the list below for agencies impacted by this update. The change was entered with an effective date of May 17, 2020. The change may have created unwarranted over-time for some employees or underpaid others.
The impacted agencies must review time records for their Salary Non-Exempt employees in pay group 70 from May 10, 2020, thru October 9, 2020. The payable time query should help identify overtime paid or earned between these dates, but a complete review is recommended to ensure no one missed being paid overtime.
System Office ITS is correcting Peoplesoft (HRMS) Production.
