Throughout the Commonwealth’s response to COVID-19, the demand for disinfecting wipes, cleaning solutions, and paper products has been high, but supply erratic. This has highlighted some challenges our customers face in ordering such products from the Mandatory Sources. To address this, the Shared Services Center has created a VDC waiver form and will be offering a training session specifically on ordering from the Virginia Distribution Center (VDC). The 1-hour session will be held Thursday, September 3rd at 10:00 AM and will cover:
- Navigating the VDC catalog
- Creating an eVA order to VDC
- When is a waiver justified?
- The new VDC waiver request form
