Notification of ATS Pilot Go Live Date

The Shared Services Center is very excited to share that the new Applicant Tracking System is going live within the next week. Over the last month, the ATS Project Team and Sub-Group have worked with the ATS vendor, PeopleAdmin, to finalize workflows, integrate to the HRMS system, train the trainer and Super Users, provide single sign-on capabilities, build the Applicant Portal, integrate with job board Integrations, and more.

The Shared Services Center will begin implementing the new Applicant Tracking System across seven pilot locations: BRCC, SWCC, GCC, SO, SSC, DSLCC, and ESCC on Monday, September 30, 2019. The new applicant portal link will be jobs.vccs.edu. This link will be updated on each college website during your college transition to the ATS service. Please see the current wave schedule below:
