Human Resource Operations provides the VCCS with common administrative data entry within multiple technical applications. The entire employee life-cycle is managed through position management, application tracking, onboarding, time labor and absence management, payroll processing, and off-boarding. SSC HR Operations has a goal of continuous process improvement, increased efficiency and effectiveness, and leveraged technology.
