Due to the unexpected eVA downtime today, June 3, 2022, we will extend the year end requisition deadline to June 6, 2022. This extension will not result in an extension of the integration shutdown deadline scheduled for June 17, 2022, at 5:00 PM. Please understand that the procurement team will make every effort to process your request; however, there is a risk that some orders may need to be changed to Fiscal Year 2023, if they cannot be completed by the integration shutdown.

Our Fiscal Yearend is quickly approaching, and we would like to remind you that tomorrow, June 3, 2022, is the deadline for all requisitions for procurements that will be needed in fiscal year 2022. We will change requisitions submitted after tomorrow to fiscal year 2023 and re-send them through the approval process.
Please remember that you can begin or continue to submit requisitions for fiscal year 2023 at this time.
