Re Leave Liability Report Preparation – Change due to delay

Due to current system challenges and the upcoming holiday, we have revised the publishing date for the Leave Liability Report and will instead hold two process update meetings. Please review the updated dates and times provided below.

Previously, we shared that the System Office Finance, ITS, and SSC TLAM teams are collaborating to update the current Leave Liability Report to comply with the new GASB101 financial standards. Due to the additions and complexity of the new report, our testing phase is taking longer than anticipated and the report will be delayed. The SSC will publish the initial draft of your agency’s Leave Liability Report to each college folder on SharePoint by close of business on July 9,  and will host two calls on July 10  to review the updates with you. 

Please see your email for Zoom information.  It is recommended to create an Outlook calendar appointment and cut and paste the link into it.

In addition, System Office Finance has confirmed that schedules 7 and 8 will now be due by August 1, 2025, providing you additional time to review the data reported.
