This is a reminder that all promotional items are a mandatory source from Virginia Correctional Enterprises (VCE). Colleges must contact VCE directly for all promotional item needs before seeking quotes from other vendors.
VCE will determine if they are able to provide the requested items. If VCE cannot fulfill the requirement, they will advise if a waiver is necessary.
