With our holiday closure in December approaching, we would like to ask for your assistance. We are asking that college PCard packets be submitted no later than Friday December 19, 2025. This is earlier than our normal deadline of the 22nd of each month.
The statements will be available Tuesday, December 16, 2025, which will give PCard holders four (4) days that week to submit them.
Given the shorter timeframe we have for processing in December, any submissions earlier than December 19 are truly helpful. However, your assistance in providing submissions by December 19 is appreciated.
