Approved Payable Time – Interface Update Due to Thanksgiving Holiday

Reason Approved Payable Time – Interface Update Due to Thanksgiving Holiday

In observance of the 2025 Thanksgiving Holiday, the Department of Accounts (DOA) will close at noon on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, and will remain closed for the remainder of the week.  

As a result:

  • Bi-weekly Payable Time interface (TA756) first submission has been moved up one day and will be scheduled to run at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, for all wage employees for the pay period 11/14/2025 – 11/27/2025.
  • Semi-Monthly Non-Exempt Payable Time interface (TA756) final submission has been moved out and will be scheduled to run at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, December 1, 2025, for all salaried employees for the pay period 11/10/2025 – 11/24/2025.

ACTION: Please ensure all Payable Time has been submitted and approved before the scheduled submissions.
