Dear Colleges:
As we are near the end of Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26), please be aware of some important updates. The deadline is one week away, as Fiscal Services has confirmed that eVA integration will be suspended on Monday, June 22, at 5 p.m. To ensure integration completion on Monday, June 22, the SSC Procurement team will stop approvals at 3 p.m. that day. Any requisitions not fully approved by 3 p.m. on June 22, 2026, will be rolled to Fiscal Year 2027 (FY27). As part of your planning, please also keep mind that the VCCS and SSC are closed on Friday, June 19, in observance of Juneteenth.
As with all fiscal year-ends, we experience higher volumes of requisitions. To help with the processing speed please consider the following helpful hints:
- Use FY27 in the title when entering FY27 requisitions early.
- Include all required documentation, including contract references when applicable.
- Plan ahead for pre-payment and TPPR approvals, as these are outside SSC and may delay processing if not requested in advance.
- Send expedite requests to help@ssc.vccs.edu.
