Re Absence Balances Page Temporarily Disabled in HCM

 

The System Office IT team identified an Oracle bug within the Absence Balances Page in HCM that was causing the slow performance issues we’ve been experiencing. They implemented a fix yesterday by temporarily disabling that page and the system is processing as expected. However, the Absence Balances Page will remain disabled until the appropriate system patches are applied.

Please be aware that employees are currently able to enter their absence requests as usual. 

As a temporary workaround for viewing balances, Absence Balances can be seen by clicking on the Absence tab within the Timesheet View as shown *below.
