Dear Colleges,
As Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26) approaches, all entities are encouraged to begin entering their FY26 eVA orders as early as possible. Early entry helps prevent delays and reduce bottlenecks as the new fiscal year begins in July. Currently, the number of early entries is only a fraction of what we saw at this time last year.
Please note that while FY26 orders can be created in eVA now, they will not be processed until after July 1, when the new fiscal year officially begins.
Please Note: Punch Out orders are the exception and should not be entered early, as the pricing may change before July 1.
Don’t wait until July 1 to get started—submitting your FY26 orders early helps ensure a smoother start to the new fiscal year.
