Exempt Payable Time

During the implementation of the Absence Management Load effective 9/10/2022, we found that the process was generating Payable Time for exempt employees based on their work schedule. We have implemented a feature that will prevent the system from populating Payable Time for this employee population. There should be no Payable Time populated for exempt employees going forward. We will work on moving all previously generated exempt employee Payable Time to a Closed (CL) status.

TA757 Cardinal Error Report-Sick Family

In addition, we have noted that the TRC, Sick Family (SF), has been returned as an error on the Cardinal TA757 Time Entry Error Report. This has been resolved by updating the TA756 interface file effective 11/16/2022. For any Sick Family (SF) hours returned as an error, SSC TLAM will manually enter the “SCKR” Time Reporter Code on the Cardinal Timesheet and follow up with the college Time Administrator to approve the time. This should not be an issue going forward.
