HCM Users with the HR role are currently unable to process transactions on the Job Data page in HCM. This has been identified as a security issue, and the SSC Hire-to-Retire team is working with System Office ITS on the required steps needed for a resolution.
Please contact your SSC Hire-To-Retire Technician for assistance with any data entry needed on the Job Data page in VCCS HCM until this issue has been resolved. This includes any benefits-related transactions, such as Paid Leave of Absence, Leave of Absence, Return from Leave, and/or Data Changes while access is being restored for HR roles.
When requesting a benefit transaction to be keyed by SSC Hire-to-Retire, please include the appropriate Action/Action-Reason Codes. Codes can be determined using the VX_CH_ACT_REAS_XWALK query from VCCS HCM.
Please remember to allow ample time for transactions to be processed when notifying your SSC Hire-to-Retire Technician of requests.
