We communicated procurement yearend reminders on Friday April 9, 2021. We have received official communication today that eVA will shutdown (stop integration into AIS) at 5:00 PM on Thursday June 17, 2021!
While all your requisitions should be submitted no later than Friday May 21, 2021, please be prepared to stop all requisition processing and approvals on June 17th. Please review the attached memo for details regarding the fiscal procurement yearend. Also, included in that message and this message are all previous communication regarding procurement fiscal year-end (below).
