Reason: Procurement Transition Guideline for the eVA Conversion

As you are aware, the rescheduled migration to the new Procurement system is set for November 1, 2022. To affect less disruption to your college’s procurement processes, we are taking a different approach to our procurement transition. Please review the attached new Procurement Transition Guideline for complete details. The highlights of the new approach are as follows:
- Minimized requisition entry downtime with extended deadlines
- Removed solicitation deadlines with SSC managing blackout periods
- Developed report for end users of requisitions left in submitted status
We will be available to all colleges to discuss questions or clarifications during customer service calls this week.
