Reason: Revised eVA Conversion Guidelines and Fiscal Yearend Procurement Deadlines

You may or may not have received the communication below. Due to some technical issues within our email system, not all intended recipients received this message, so we are sending it again. In addition, we have clarified the requirements for Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order deadlines within the eVA Conversion Procurement Guideline. Please review the original communication below and the revised attachments.
As you may be aware, we have received a new Go-Live date of May 2, 2022, for the new eVA System.
Thank you for your efforts, collaboration, and cooperation while we prepared for the original go live. Although extending the go-live date is the right decision for several reasons, it will present a bit of a challenge for all of our Colleges, the System Office and the SSC. As you can see, the Go-Live date is shortly before our Fiscal Year End date. Attached please find the revised eVA Transition timeline and deadlines as well as the Fiscal Year End deadlines memo.
In order to assist with your planning for both activities to occur back-to-back with some overlap, below is snapshot of all the key dates for the months March – July 2022.
