We are pleased to announce that, effective July 2, 2025, the Time Administration Process in HCM will be executed hourly instead of every three hours for each agency.

This enhancement will lead to more frequent updates to employees’ timecards and decrease the volume of automated unapproved time emails sent to Managers. In addition, the change will address issues encountered when the Time Administration process was manually executed, which interfered with the automated process.

Moving forward, there should be no necessity for College Time Administrators to run the process manually. However, we will continue to closely monitor the situation to identify any instances where agencies may still perform this task and ascertain their reasons for doing so.
