We have identified the cause for the New Leave Year annual accrual issue. We found that the Supporting Elements formula expired on 1/9/2021. Therefore, the 1/9/2022 Entitlement Calendars did not process accurately by providing an accrual. We are currently finalizing testing to correct the accrual and ensure there are no other system issues.

Due to our continued testing and to mitigate any additional challenges, we will be moving Day 2 Calendar processing activities from Friday, February 11th to Monday, February 14.

As a reminder, we ask that you do not make any corrections to the employee’s accruals until we can provide further guidance.
