UPDATE – Time Administration Process Improvement- now July 30 |
Due to the recent challenges experienced with the Bi-Weekly Timesheets and the pending release of the HCM PUM 50 update, the previously announced go live improvement action scheduled on July 2, 2025 for the Time Administration process to run hourly instead of every three hours did not occur and will now go live July 30.
To recap, once this enhancement is implemented it will lead to more frequent updates to employees’ timecards and decrease the volume of automated unapproved time emails sent to Managers.
In addition, the change will address issues encountered when the Time Administration process was manually executed, which interfered with the automated process.
Once implemented, there should be no necessity for College Time Administrators to run the process manually. However, we will continue to closely monitor the situation to identify any instances where agencies may still perform this task and ascertain their reasons for doing so.
