UPDATE: URGENT – HCM Bi-Weekly Timesheets & Workweek Issue

Reason: UPDATE Urgent – HCM Bi-Weekly Timesheets & Workweek Issue

We are very close to resolving challenges pertaining to the Bi-Weekly Timesheets and Workweek issues. Systems Office IT along with consultants have identified the root cause and are implementing the solution.  It was identified that the Time & Labor Time periods were not programmed beyond July 2025, which caused the Time Administration to fail along with incorrectly adjusting Payable Time. The Time Periods have been fixed in HCM.

However, we are now applying a fix to ensure Payable Time is processed correctly and anticipate this to be completed shortly. We will provide an additional update once completion is confirmed.
