Re: Updated VCE Ink and Toner Pricing (Version 2)
Dear Colleges,
VCE has released an updated ink and toner pricing list (attached), which includes new line items. This is the second pricing update for April 2025—please reference the version number of the file to ensure you are using the most current information (the attached file with “v.2” in the file name is the most current and the one to use).
Please share the updated VCE Pricing spreadsheet with your end users.
To receive the discounted pricing, end users must manually enter both the full item/SKU number (Column A), and the discounted price listed under “TCC/VCCS VPA Sell Price” (Column D) directly into eVA. Orders placed through VCE's website or punchout catalog will not reflect the discounted pricing.
