Re User Profile Email Query for TLAM Automated Notifications

TLAM automated email notifications are tied directly to the employee email address listed on the Security User Profile page.

In December 2025, query VX_HR_USER_PROFILE_EMAIL was released to identify users with incorrect email addresses on this page. It has come to our attention that many agencies do not have access to run this query. To address this, the SSC TLAM team has made the query available in your agency’s college folder on the VCCS SharePoint site.

Please review this information and have your agency IT security representative update any incorrect email addresses using the attached instructions.
