During the implementation of the HR-AIS-Cardinal (HAC) project, it was discovered that certain WDS positions were incorrectly coded with the role code 0101x. These have since been updated in HCM via mass upload to reflect the correct role code of 0102x. The updates were subsequently interfaced to Cardinal to ensure data alignment between the two HCMs.
As Cardinal utilizes “W” codes for part-time records, the 0102x values should have interfaced as W0102x. However, our review determined that these values were transmitted as the default full-time code, 0102x. Consequently, Cardinal is displaying these affected positions with a standard of 40 hours and an FTE of 1.00, which is incorrect.
We are actively collaborating on a solution with the Cardinal team and will provide an update once the issue is resolved.
