Reason: Fiscal Year-End Procurement eVA Shutdown Reminder
Date: June 10, 2021
Fiscal Year-End 2021 is quickly approaching. This is a reminder that eVA will be shutting down on June 17, 2021, at 5:00 PM. Please plan to complete your final approvals no later than 4:00 PM on Thursday, June 17th.
You may continue to enter and approve fiscal year 2022 orders that will be worked through procurement and queued up to become a purchase order, when eVA is back online in the first days of July.
Also, please remember that DGS has a planned eVA shutdown for this weekend beginning at 5:00 PM tomorrow, June 11, 2021, through Sunday June 13, 2021. Please resume approvals when you receive a communication that eVA is back online.
