HRMS – PeopleAdmin Technology issues

The ATS Team has identified ongoing, intermittent issues with the nightly integration between HRMS and PeopleAdmin. The integration is occurring but is producing inconsistent results which leads to missing data. We have escalated the issue to the System Office ITS group who is working to identify the root cause and to provide a resolution.

In the interim, if you note an update initiated in HRMS that does not appear to be appropriately applied to PeopleAdmin, please email the ATS Team (ats) so we can manually update the data in PeopleAdmin.

ATS will continue to monitor the daily integration and provide further communications once the technical issue is resolved.
