This is to inform you of temporary leadership changes within the Procurement Operations team at the Shared Services Center (SSC), effective October 10, 2026.
As part of continued work with Level II Delegated Authority activities, and to ensure uninterrupted service, the following interim assignments are now in place:
- Michele Canull will continue serving as VCCS’ Interim Chief Procurement Officer.
- Ken Wiegman will serve as Interim Senior Manager for Procurement Operations.
- Jen Divers will serve as Interim Contracts and Purchasing Manager.
- Aubrey Wilcher will assume some of the duties and responsibilities of Interim Procurement Contracts Supervisor (IT).
These individuals bring strong experience and familiarity with SSC processes, and this transition is expected to have minimal impact on the service customers receive. The Procurement Operations team remains fully committed to supporting customers’ procurement and contracting needs.
