Mandatory PCard Training Recoding & Update

Dear Colleges, and PCard Cardholders, Approvers and Administrators,

Last week we wrapped up our live, mandatory Procurement PCard training sessions. We’re happy to share that, thanks to your participation, approximately 80% of our PCard Cardholders, Approvers, and Administrators completed the training and received their certificates by attending one of the four live sessions.

A big congratulations to ESCC, P&HCC, and System Office for achieving a 100% completion rate—well done!

We’d also like to give a special shout-out to DCC, NVCC, PVCC, and RCC for reaching 90%+ completion. Fantastic work!

As a reminder, this training is mandatory and is designed to strengthen procurement compliance when using PCards. Anyone who has not yet completed the training and received their certificate will need to do so as soon as possible.

A recording of the Mandatory Procurement PCard Training is now available on the SSC Content Library (Tip: Use your MyCollege login credentials to access the Content Library). The recording is available for those who were unable to attend a live session, or as a refresher. Please note you must follow the steps after viewing to receive your certificate of completion.
