Reason: Silk Road to Perceptive Content

As a reminder, the SSC and System Office IT are migrating items from Silk Road eForms, Documents, and I-9 tabs to a secure document repository in Perceptive Content. Effective March 9, 2022, this will provide read, save, and print access to historical information such as proof of citizenship or emergency contacts. Please make sure you can access and view documents in Perceptive Content by March 4, 2022. The last export will be on March 7, 2022. The SilkRoad contract expires on March 10, 2022, and will no longer be accessible.
