RE: TLAM Activity Updates due to Upcoming Holiday
The TLAM activities calendar has been updated and posted to the SSC Website. For your convenience, a copy of the calendar has been attached for quick access.
We would like to bring to your attention changes to the regular TLAM processes due to the upcoming holiday.
Thanksgiving: Wednesday, November 24 through Friday, November 26
Full-time, Salaried, Non-Exempt Calendar Processing
· Day 1: Notification for Missing Critical AM/TL Data will be combined with Day 2 Activities on Monday, November 29.
Full-time, Salaried, Non-Exempt Time Administration Processes
· Day 1: Notifications Exceptions and Unapproved Payable Time will be eliminated from this period. Will be combined with Day 3 Activities.
· Day 2: Notifications Exceptions and Unapproved Payable Time will be eliminated from this period. Will be combined with Day 3 Activities.
· Day 3: Escalations for Salary Non-Exempt Exceptions and Unapproved Time will occur as scheduled on Monday, November 29.
No other processes will be affected.
